Indications of discounts

Discounts available upon presentation of a valid document specifying the basis of the discount and proof of identity.

• Concessionary ticket - a concessionary ticket is available for kindergarten children from the age of 3, students upon each presentation of a school card, students and doctoral students upon presentation of a valid student card (up to 26 years), pensioners, retirees upon presentation of a card, honorary blood donors with a valid card, disabled persons upon presentation of a disabled person's card
• KKR 3+ (Krakow Family Card 3+) - issued on the basis of regulations on families with many children by Resolution No. CIX/1646/14 of the Krakow City Council of June 11, 2014. KKR 3+ is granted to large families residing in the Municipality of Krakow, in which the parents (a parent in the case of single-parent families) settle personal income tax at the tax office competent for the person residing in the City of Krakow.
• KARTA "N" (Card of a Family with a Disabled Child) - issued on the basis of resolutions of the Krakow City Council No. LXXIII/1763/17 of May 31, 2017 and CVIII/18 of August 29, 2018.
  KARTA "N" is available:
  ⎯ to families with children up to the age of 16 with a valid disability certificate,
  ⎯ to families with persons from 16 to the age of 25. having a valid certificate of moderate or significant degree of disability (defined in the program as adult children with disabilities)
  ⎯ to family-type care and educational institutions run by or on the order of the Municipality of Krakow, which house children with disabilities or persons with disabilities up to the age of 25.having a valid certificate of disability or degree of disability (according to items 1 and 2)
  ⎯ persons over 25 years of age having a valid certificate of severe disability or moderate disability with disabilities arising before the age of 21. (referred to in the program as adult children with disabilities) who do not have a family of their own (spouse), together with one lud two factual guardians
• KDR 3+ (3+ Large Family Card) - is granted to all parents and spouses of parents who have or have had a total of at least three dependent children. A parent is also understood as a foster parent or a person running a family children's home.
  Children are also entitled to the Large Family Card:
  ⎯ up to the age of 18,
  ⎯ up to the age of 25. years of age - in the case of children studying at school or college,
  ⎯ without age limits in the case of children with a certificate of moderate or severe disability,
  but only if there are at least three children meeting the above conditions in the family at the time of application.
• Caregiver of a disabled person - disabled persons are allowed to enter with one caregiver within the framework of one 60-minute ticket paid. The guardian of the disabled person is obliged to supervise the disabled person at all times, in addition, he enters and leaves the time charging zone with his charge.
• veteran - upon presentation of an ID card pursuant to the Act of August 19, 2011 on veterans of activities outside the borders of the country (i.e. OJ 2023, item 112) "Art. 30a 1.Veteran and aggrieved veteran shall enjoy free use of sports hall, gym, swimming pool, which are the property of local government units")
